How to resize sub badges

  1. Drop your badges into the box above. Add the whole set, from 1 month to 12 months and up.
  2. Choose the platforms, and turn on Trim empty edges so the badge art fills the square.
  3. Check how each badge reads at 18 px, then download the zip.
  4. Upload them under Subscriptions in your Twitch Creator Dashboard, or in your Kick channel's subscriber settings.

Common questions

What size are Twitch sub badges?

Twitch asks for three square PNGs per badge: 18×18, 36×36 and 72×72 pixels, each under 25 KB. You need Affiliate or Partner to upload them, and you can set a different badge for 1, 2, 3, 6, 9 and 12 months and up.

What size are Kick sub badges?

Kick takes one square image per badge, and badges show up small next to names in chat. We export a 72×72 PNG, which stays crisp at that size. Kick lets you set badges for different subscription lengths too.

Can I resize all my badges at once?

Yes. Drop every badge in together and the zip comes back sorted into a folder per platform, with each file named after the badge you dropped in.

My Twitch badge is over 25 KB. What do I do?

Badges are tiny, so most come in far under the limit. If one is over, it is usually a photo-style badge with lots of colours or noise. Flatten the colours, remove the background and try again. The tool shows each file's size so you can check before you upload.

Are my badges uploaded anywhere?

No. Everything happens in your browser, so your files stay on your device.
